The Cottondale FFA Banquet is an annual awards event that recognizes middle and high school FFA members for their achievements throughout the year. The banquet begins with opening ceremonies by the Cottondale High School FFA Officers, which leads into a special guest speaker, as well as an official welcome from the Cottondale High School Administration and recognition of special guests. The banquet also entails a delicious meal, including smoked steak, green beans, hashbrowns casserole, rolls, and dessert. Following the meal, members are awarded for their numerous accomplishments. These awards range from leadership activities to scholarship recognition. The banquet is concluded by a live auction of various items. The newly elected officer team will declare the banquet adjourned by conducting closing ceremonies, marking the end of another successful year for Cottondale FFA.
